We are seeking a mid-level Attorney/Legal Counsel to act as business partner (with sales team, engineering, management) and provide global legal support to the global organization.

The successful candidate will effectively ensure legal conformity.


Main responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice to the entire organization
• Negotiate, draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts, for example sales contracts, procurement agreements, intellectual property contracts and license agreements, employment law
• Practice preventive law by identifying legal and commercial risks and by formulating legal strategies to achieve the business objectives at the lowest risk
• Manage pre-litigations and litigations on commercial matters

Legal advice: As a business partner, provide strategic legal advice and actively support projects within the scope of responsibilities. In particular, analyze legal risks and potential consequences, and propose solutions facilitating innovative projects within various units and functions of Arkamys worldwide.

Contractual expertise: Draft and negotiate contracts, principally in English.

Governance: Cooperate with cross-functional teams in the establishment and maintenance of policies and procedures.



• Master of Law (LLM) and excellent academic record
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience as legal counsel in a consulting firm, law firm in international business environment
• Strong relationship building skills and collaboration orientation
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in French and English
• Results driven
• Ease in approaching issues from a top management view and discussing them in the overall context of business
